Unity 2020.2.0a17 fails to build on IL2CPP when the Editor is installed to a location with spaces in the path
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In Project Settings select scripting backend IL2CPP
3. Build an application
Expected result: Building was successful
Actual result: Building fails
Reproducible with - 2020.2.0a17
Not reproducible with - 2020.2.0a16, 2020.1.0b14, 2019.4.3f1, 2018.4.24f1
