[UIElements] Scrollbars overlap with each other on resizing UI Elements samples window
In UI Elements samples window, Scrollbars overlap with each other when the window size is resized, refer to the attached video.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Window > UI > UI Elements Samples
3. Resize window horizontally
Actual Result:
Scrollbars overlap with each other.
Expected Result:
Resizing the window doesn't affect the UI inside it.
Occurring on:
2020.2.0a1, 2020.1.0a26, 2019.3.3f1, 2019.3.b1, 2019.3.a4
Working Fine on:
2019.3.a3
Environment:
Windows10 and macOS 10.15
