[UI UX] Issues in Frame Debugger window
See screenshot below:
1. Enable button is always labeled “Enable”. And possibly it’d be better it to show current state Enabled/Disabled.
2. ShaderProperties section: Spacing in`ShaderProperties` tab is pretty weird and messy. Needs to be more table-like and structured.
