[UI Toolkit] Special characters \n, \t and \r are encoded in the UI
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create a new UI Document (Right-click Assets > Create > UI Toolkit > UI Document)
3. Open the UI Document and add a Label
4. In the Text field type in "\test"
Expected result: "\test" is displayed
Actual result: " est" is displayed
Reproducible with: 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a7
Could not test with: 2019.4.35f1 (Package not supported), 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.30f1, Can not open .uxml file)
Note: Both \t and tab (when pressing the Tab key) are displayed the same in the UI, but are treated differently in code, which makes it harder to work with

This is really important, it should be treated with higher priority.
Also this does not sound too complex to solve....
