UI Toolkit Samples window TabView UXML tab is missing a top padding
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Window > UI Toolkit > Samples
- Select Controls > TabView

Actual results:
The first elements (UXML Tab A) description is missing top padding
Expected results:
All element descriptions have the same padding

Resolution Note:
This is an artificial example of TabView. Some parts use a margin (for demonstration purposes), some don't. This is fine. The sample is not meant to look polished, it's mean to teach.
