UI Toolkit Event Debugger increase/decrease playback speed button icons are too small
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create/open any project
2. Open Window->UI Toolkit->Event Debugger
3. Check Playback speed button icons
Expected result: Playback Speed button icons are similar size to other buttons, icon is discernible
Actual result: Icon looks like a dot, button width is 0
Reproduced with: 2022.2.0a9
Didn't reproduce with: 2022.2.0a8, 2022.1.0b14, 2021.2.17f1, 2020.3.32f1, 2019.4.37f1

We are currently not accepting any bugs related to the Event Debugger. The UITK Event Debugger is listed as "experimental" and provided as-is for the time being. We will return to the Event Debugger in an official capacity in the future, which will involve a major overhaul, and we'll address these issues at that time.
