UI gets behind the layout by a few pixels when using EditorGUILayout.FadeGroupScope and EditorGUIUtility.labelWidth
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "BugFadeGroupScope.zip" project
2. Click on the "MyBehaviour" object in the 'SampleScene' Scene
3. Go to Inspector, unmark and then mark the second "Show Items" checkbox
Expected result: UI does not get behind the layout
Actual result: UI is offset by a few pixels and gets behind the layout
Reproducible: 2017.4.20f2, 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b3, 2019.2.0a5

Resolution Note (2019.2.X):
With the new UI Element technology that we offer, that should be resolved on that side. as for this defect in particular, it's low prioirty and likely won't be fixed.
