I just tried it on Unity 2018.4.6 (LTS) on a Windows 10 PC with a HTC Vive pro connected. The Display on HTC VIVE flickers constantly when two displays are on.
Is there a resolution to this issue?

I still see this on 2019.1.f02. Seems like anything rendering via OnGui is affected.
