[UI Builder] Memory leaks when dragging objects inside the UI Builder window
Reproduction steps:
# Open the user attached project
# Double click on the “Test” asset in the Project window
# In the UI Builder window in the Hierarchy section click on the “Button” button
# In the Viewport section press on the “Button” and drag it across the Viewport
# Observe RAM consumption in the Task Manager
Expected result: memory consumption stays the same
Actual result: memory consumption increases while dragging the “Button”
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.17, 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.38f1), 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.13f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a1, 2022.2.0b5, 2023.1.0a6
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: UI Builder is built-in since 2021.1. Because of an unknown reason, dragging the button, would require selecting the said button in the Hierarchy in the UI Builder window and then selecting it again in the Viewport. If after steps 3 and 4 button is still not selected in the way to be able to drag it, please change Position to Relative and to Absolute again in the Inspector section of the UI Builder window
