[UI Builder] Entering Play Mode while UI Builder Window is open breaks the UI Builder window
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached user's project "2021.2.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene.unity" in "Assets/Samples/Shader Graph Markdown/1.1.3/Uber Shader Sample (Unity 2020.2+)" folder
3. Open the UI Builder Window and enter Play Mode
Expected result: Entering Play Mode while UI Builder Window is open breaks the UI Builder window
Actual result: Entering Play Mode while UI Builder Window is open breaks the UI Builder window (See attached Results.mp4)
Reproduces on: 1.0.0-preview.14 (2021.2.0b3, 2022.1.0a1)
Could not test on 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.14f1, 2021.1.14f1 due to package errors when downgrading
Notes:
-Issue reproduces more frequently when "Assets/UI Toolkit/UnityThemes/NewUSSFile.uss" is opened before UI Builder Window
-Issue is not reproducible on a new project
