[UDP] Network connectivity issues are reported as "Unknown error"
After installing the Universal Distribution Portal (UDP) package, "UDP Settings" will be exposed to the user, where the user can then "Pull" them from the UDP server after initially pushed. Currently, if the user attempts to Pull from the server while disconnected from the network, this network connectivity issue is reported as a non-descript "Unknown error," giving the user no indication of how to correct this error.
Steps to reproduce:
- In Unity 2019.3, create a new project and install the Universal Distribution Portal (UDP) package (alternatively download the attached project)
- Menu: Window > Universal Distribution Portal > Settings
-Inspector (UDP Settings) > Register the project with Unity Cloud Services if the UDP Settings Inspector pane indicates it is not already
- In the Network Adapter settings in the host Operating System, disable all network adapters
- Inspector (UDP Settings) > Pull
- Observe a non-descript "Unknown error" is thrown to the user due to the lack of connectivity
