[TreeCreator] Terrain Tree Random Rotation has no effect
How to reproduce:
1. Create a simple tree
2. Create a terrain gameobject
3. Click place tree tab
4. Ensure that Random Tree Rotation is enabled
5. Add the tree
6. Paint some trees
7. Notice that random rotation doesn't work

And in Unity 5.2.2, the feature is no longer anywhere to be seen.
