Transforms in animations not animating
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Play scene
3. Notice that the transform named "Leg Upper Left" fails to animate
4. Remove test state
5. Notice that animation works as expected
Reproducible: 5.3.5f1, 5.4.0b19,5.5.0a1
Not reproducible with 5.3.5p1, 5.3.4f1
