Tools icons are not rendered in the Scene view when they are hidden due to window size and the Editor theme is changed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Open the Scene view and narrow it down so some tools are not shown due to window size
3. Go to Edit -> Preferences (Unity -> Settings) -> General -> Editor Theme -> Change the theme
4. Go to the Scene view and resize the window so all the tools are visible again
5. Observe the results
Expected results: All icons are visible
Actual results: The icons that were hidden during the theme change are now not rendered
Reproducible with: 6000.2.0a7, 6000.2.0a9
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.46f1, 6000.1.0b14, 6000.2.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 11, macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Workarounds:

- Fully expand the scene view
