[Tiny] Scene is being marked as unsaved after trying to save it
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "TestFor1065209.zip" project
2. Open "TestProject" DOTS project's "MainScene"
3. Do any change in the scene (for ex. add a new Entity)
4. Try to save the Scene (CTRL + S)
5. Notice how the Scene is still marked as unsaved
Expected result: Scene is successfully saved
Actual result: Scene is not saved
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b9 (preview - 0.16.1), 2019.3.0a9 (preview - 0.16.1)
