[Timeline] The size of an empty animation clip in the Timeline doesn't increase when trying to drag its left border
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project "repro"
2. Open the Timeline Window
3. Select "New Animation" clip in the Timeline
4. Try to increase the size of the clip by dragging the left border
Expected: the size of the animation clip is increased by dragging
Actual: you are not able to drag its left border and errors are thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.2f1
