Tile Pallete always acts as in focus when any dialog box is open and any other non-Editor window is over the Tile Pallete window
How to reproduce:
- Open the "TilePalette" project
- Open the "SampleScene"
- Select the "Grid/Tilemap"
- Focus on the Scene view
- Press the "Open Tile Palette" in the Scene view overlay
- In the Tile Palette window, press "Create new Tile Palette" -> "Create new Tile Palette"
- Press Create, and then Cancel in the "Create palette into folder"
- Focus on any other window (outside of the Editor) that overlaps the Tile Palette window
- Within the new window, press anywhere on it that would overlap with any field in the Tile Palette window
- Observe the Editor
Expected result: Editor stays behind the focused window
Actual result: Editor gains focus when it is not interacted with
Reproducible in: 6000.3.0a1, 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0a4
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.0b2 (1c4764c07fb4), 6000.2.11f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: Other dialog boxes (e.g., Build Profiles' Invalid path warning dialog box) do not cause such behavior
