The "Target" Source Template is missing when using the Unity JetBrains.Annotations library subset
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “TargetExpressionBug” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” scene
3. Observe the Console logs
Expected Result: No errors are thrown in the Console
Actual Result: “The type or namespace name 'Target' could not be found” error is thrown in the Console
Reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.24f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
