[UI Builder] The Slider dragger goes past the maximum possible position
How to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. Open Assets > NewUXMLTemplate.uxml
3. Enter Preview
4. Slide the dragger to the top and then click the top part of it
Expected result: The dragger doesn't go past the maximum possible position
Actual result: The dragger goes past the maximum possible position
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.29f1), Built-in (2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a7)
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.35f1 (Cannot find a version of package [com.unity.ui] compatible with this Unity version (2019.4.35f1))

2. The same thing happens at the bottom of the Slider
