Rigidbodies with Box Colliders ignore some of the collisions in WebGL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the user's project "TestWebglPhysics.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Click on File > Build Settings > Add Open Scenes
4. Switch to the WebGL Platform and click on Build And Run
5. In the Build, click on the "Move All" button multiple times
Expected result: All of the red GameObjects collide with the blue GameObjects
Actual result: One/Few of the red GameObjects pass through the blue GameObjects
Reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f1, 2021.2.0a20
Note:
The issue is reproducible on Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge

Resolution Note:
Unfortunately it’s an issue in PhysX, something goes wrong when calculating the bounds. Low priority as the issue is rare and only affects one platform. There are not enough resources to investigate it further at the moment.
