The Overlay Menu Preset dropdown menu button is out of bounds of the Overlay when Preset name is a long String
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any Project
# In Scene View open the Overlay Menu ( ` )
# Click on the dropdown menu "Default" > Save Preset or Save Preset to File
# Enter a long String
# Open the Overlay Menu again
*Actual results:* The Overlay Menu Preset dropdown menu button is out of bounds of the Overlay
*Expected results:* The Overlay Menu Preset dropdown menu button is contained within the Overlay
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.61f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0b15, 6000.2.0a9 (Button is contained within the Overlay)
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
