The .NET Standard 1.3 version of log4net DLL cannot be used with Unity, the Assembly or one of its dependencies fail to load
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Make sure the Scripting Runtime is .NET 3.5
3. If no error occurs upon loading the project, play the Scene
Actual result: Error informing about an unreferenced assembly
Reproduced with: 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.4f1
Notes:
- The user's mentioned error was only on 2018.1.4f1
- No errors on 2018.2.0b7
