The custom cursor switches back to normal when hovering on the right and the down sides of the screen in WebGL builds
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-attached project “My project”
2. Build And Run the project on WebGL
3. Press the Fullscreen button and hover on the right side or the down side of the screen
4. Observe the cursor
Expected result: The cursor has the same custom view
Actual result: The cursor is reverted to the default one
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b8, 2023.1.0a12
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Note: Reproducible only on WebGL build in fullscreen, not reproducible in Editor
