The Context Menu items are ordered incorrectly
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Right-click in the Hierarchy
3. Observe the Context Menu
Expected result: The 3D Object sub-menu should appear right after the "Create Empty" option
Actual result: All of the elements positions have been changed
Reproducible with: 2021.3.37f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1
Reproduced on: macOS Sonoma 14.4 (M1)
