Texture2D creation fails and throws unintuitive error message when using TextureFormat.YUY2 texture format
How to reproduce:
1. Open Tester-submitted project (TextureInitFail.zip)
2. Open "SampleScene.unity" scene
3. Play the scene
4. Observe Console for errors
Expected result: Unity succeeds in creating the texture
Actual result: Unity fails while creating the texture
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a2, 2018.1.0b1, 2018.1.4f1, 2018.2.0b8, 2018.3.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.4p1, 2017.2.3p1, 2017.4.5f1, 2018.1.0a1
