Text from a TextMeshPro component is Frustum culled when using a fallback font that generates a TMP SubMesh
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “Bug TMPro.zip”
2. Open “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the MeshRenderer of the TMP SubMesh when the pivot of its GameObject leaves the camera view
Expected result: The MeshRenderer is not disabled
Actual result: The MeshRenderer is disabled
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0b1
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (Intel), Windows 11 (by the reporter)
Note: Not reproducible in Standalone Player
