Text component Text Input Field does not scale when it's filled with text
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("Text_test")
2. Go to Canvas -> Text
3. Observe Text Input Field in the Text component
Expected result: Text Input Field scales with the text
Actual result: Size of Text Input Field does not change
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a2
Fixed in: 2019.3.0a6
