[Terrain Tool] Brush strength value gets clipped in Paint terrain
[Terrain Tool] Brush strength value gets clipped in Paint terrain.
In Paint terrain under the stroke setting, the Brush strength value gets clipped when having more digits value in it.
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Add package Terrain Tool 4.0.0
3. Create new Terrain
4. Inspector > Paint Terrain > Sculpt > Bridge
5. Observe Brush strength value gets clipped
Expected Result: Brush strength value does not get clipped
Actual Result: Brush strength value gets clipped
Reproducible in: 2021.2.0a19, 2020.3.11f1, 2019.4.28f1 with the package version 4.0.0 Pre 2 RC, 3.0.2 pre.3, 3.0.1 pre, 3.0.0 pre 2.0.0.pre, 1.1.4 pre, 1.1.2 pre
Environment: Windows 10 and macOS 11.3
