Terrain Lit Shader in Universal RP: Normal Map X values inverted
Notes: happens in every version of SRP going back to 4.10.0
Repro steps:
1. Use a project with Universal RP or Lightweight RP
2. Create a terrain
3. Create a layer with the attached normal map applied as a normal map
4. Make sure there's a directional light in the scene that's not pointing straight down
5. Rotate the directional light
Expected result: the terrain's circles should always have the light hit it on the direction the light is facing
Actual result: the light hits the circles on the correct side on the Y axis but the wrong side on the X axis (see attached image)
Notes: Feel free to create a material with the normal map and test that as well to confirm that the normal map I provided is correct (I tested this)
