Terrain Detail Mesh becomes missing when saving the scene if the Mesh of that Detail Mesh is an object in the scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Case_1123704_repro"
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Select "Terrain" in the Hierarchy
4. Add Cube (which is in the scene) as a Detail Mesh to To the Terrain
5. Save the scene
Expected result: Detail Mesh does not become Missing
Actual result: Detail Mesh becomes Missing
Reproducible with - 2017.4.20f1, 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2, 2019.2.0a4
Notes: In 2017.4 it does not say that it becomes Missing, but all the details that were painted disappear and new ones could not be painted

Resolution Note (2019.2.X):
GameObjects can't be used as details. Only Prefabs can be. Because TerrainData that references a Prefab as a detail is stored as an asset.
