[Surface] Scene view doesn't show any objects - New Project
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a Cube
2. Look at the Scene view Window
Expected Result: The Cube is visible in the Scene view
Actual Result: Game Objects are absent from the Scene view
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0a6, 2017.2.0b9, 2017.1.0p5, 5.6.3p2, 5.5.4p4, 5.4.5p5
