Static Batching is inconsistent with the Editor when used in Player Build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene Scenes/SampleScene
3. Press the Play button and observe the text in the Game view
4. Build and Run the project (File -> Build and Run)
5. Observe the text in the Player Build
Expected result: in both the Editor and the Build, the text shows "Awake: True, OnEnable: True, Start: True"
Actual result: the text is inconsistent between the Editor and the Build
Reproducible with: 2020.3.24f1, 2021.2.6f1, 2022.1.0b2
Could not test with: 2019.4.33f1 (Failed to load '.../LightingData.asset'. File may be corrupted or was serialized with a newer version of Unity.)

Actually, the expected behavior is - in both the Editor and the Build, the text should show "Awake: True, OnEnable: True, Start: True"

Resolution Note (2022.2.X):
This is a result of static batching executing at build time for the Player and after scene loading when entering Play Mode in the Editor. The documentation for Renderer.isPartOfStaticBatch will be updated to clarify when this flag is valid.
