Sprites are rendered in a rounded way when SRP batcher is toggled off
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “Repro.zip” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. In “Assets/Settings” find UniversalRP.asset and open it in the Inspector Window
4. In the “Rendering” tab click the three dots and enable “Advanced Properties”
5. Enable and disable the “SRP Batcher” setting
6. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: Sprites are rendered the same way
Actual result: Sprites are rendered differently
Reproducible in: 6000.0.18f1 6000.0.41f1, 6000.1.0b9, 6000.2.0a6
Not reproducible in: 2022.3.58f1, 6000.0.17f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
