"Sprite Atlas" with "Allow Rotation" and "Tight Packing" causes sprites to artifact/rotate
Repro steps:
1. Open "MinimalReproProject"
2. Enter Play mode
Expected result: The images should be displayed like outside of Play mode
Actual result: The images artifact/rotate
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0b3, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.1.0b7, 2017.1.0b6
Can't Reproduce on: 2017.1.0a2, 5.6.2p3 (The Feature wasn't implemented yet)
Note:
You have to have "Sprite Packer" mode set to "Always Enabled". Do that by going to "Edit" -> "Project Settings" -> "Editor"
Workaround: Disable "Allow Rotation" and "Tight Packing" on the Sprite Atlas

To fix this issue set the Image Type to: Simple and enable Use Sprite Mesh :)

happened when sprite was bind to UI, some said it didn't happened on SpriteRenderer
