Sprite Atlas changes Secondary Texture when entering Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached "IN-9238_SecondaryTextureBugReport" project
2. Enter "Play" mode
3. Observe the platform's texture
Expected outcome: Platform's texture does not change
Actual outcome: Platform's texture changes
Reproduced with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.12f1, 2022.2.0b3, 2023.1.0a4
Could not test with: 2019.4 (Project breaks when downgrading)
