Sprite Atlas always full packs upon first Play if user had selected Override
Sprite Atlas always full packs upon the first Play if user had selected Override for the Atlas.
1. Open attached project
2. Press Play
Atlas does not pack because it is already packed.
3. In Atlas inspector, check "Override for PC, Mac & Linux Standalone"
4. Press Play
Atlas repacks.
5. Close Unity
6. Reopen project
7. Press Play
Expected: Atlas does not repack.
Observed: Atlas repacks.
