Spotlights: Shadows aren't cast if the range is too high
To reproduce:
1. Open the scene
2. Press "play"
3. Select the spotlight
4. Change the range.
Observe that if you change the range to 21 or less, a sphere casts a shadow on another sphere. However, if it is 22 or more, there is no shadow.
Note: This is propably somehow related to the bias, because if I set the bias to, for example, 0.05 instead of 0, the shadow dissapears not at 22 range, but at 23.
