[SpeedTree] "Scale in Lightmap" setting does not work for SpeedTree trees
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene test.unity
3. Select the Broadleaf_Mobile/Broadleaf_Mobile_LOD0 gameobject
4. Open the Lighting window and select the Object tab
- Note how the "Scale in Lightmap" parameter is set to 0
5. Set the Preview window mode to Baked Direction
- Note how the trunk is present in the lightmaps
- This can cause shadow artefacts to appear on various other objects in the scene that come from the tree itself
- That can be worked around by increasing the Padding of the Baked GI
