Sometimes some prefabs become corrupt in Library and appear empty in Hierarchy and Inspector but not in Prefab mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "EmptyPrefabIssue.zip" project
2. Select the "PlayerItem" prefab from the "Assets" folder
3. Observe the Inspector
Expected result: The prefab is not empty
Actual result: The prefab is empty
Reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1
Notes:
- Not reproducible in Prefab mode
- Not reproducible after reimporting the prefab
- Could not test with other versions as the prefab gets reimported and it is unknown how to recreate the issue

Resolution Note:
This is most likely a script dependency issue and it was fixed in a 2019.4.23 and the user reported it on an earlier version of 2019.
If the user upgrades and reimports prefabs, it should go away
