Some lit Shaders are having huge count of variants which leads to project build prevention
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "GLTFSizeRepo" project
2. Select any ShaderGraph from "Packages -> glTFast -> Runtime -> Shader" folder
Expected result: Shader variants count is less than the Universal RP Lit Shader variants count
Actual result: Shader variants count is more than the Lit Shader. The variants don't get stripped in the building process of the project which eventually fails
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.5f1, 2022.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.24f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a3
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.33f1 (downgrading leads to user's script errors), 2021.2.0a4 - 2021.2.0a16, 2022.1.0a12 - 2022.1.0a16 (the little dropdown doesn't display anything when clicked)

A fix would be much appreciated. We're not sure if we'll be able to release our game until this is done!
