Some Camera.clearFlags values cause visual artifacts on Windows Phone 8 devices
Different Camera.clearFlags settings cause different results to be observed between apps ran on Windows Phone 8 devices and other platforms.
Why is it by design?
Mobile GPUs are not expected to properly persist previous frame. In addition to that, due to optimization reasons, frames are deliberately discarded on WP8.
