Artifacts appear when sliding custom fill texture
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and scene Clipboard Test
2) Play and notice a sketched Slider below Power label (Clipboard -> TankMenu ->Slider(the 2nd one)
3) Try sliding it with the mouse horizontally and vertically
4) Notice strange artifacts appearing around or in the fill bar
