Scaled Backgrounds List and dropdown text are enabled while Scaled Backgrounds field is disabled in IMGUI Debugger window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Window > Analysis > IMGUI Debugger
3. Click “<Please Select>” dropdown and select any option in the IMGUI Debugger window
4. Select Instruction that has inactive Style dropdown
5. Expand Scaled Backgrounds dropdown (e.g. Style > Normal > Scaled Backgrounds)
Actual result: Scaled Backgrounds field is disabled, but the Scaled Backgrounds dropdown text and its List are enabled and interactive
Expected result: Enabled/disabled state of the Scaled Backgrounds field, dropdown text and List are consistent
Reproducible with: 6000.0.69f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
