Yes
[Simulator] [iOS] [ARKit] App fails to launch even if ARKit is set to optional
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project switch to iOS platform
2. Import ARKit XR Plugin via Package Manager
3. Go Edit -> Project Settings -> Player and select iOS platform
4. Switch Target SDK to Simulator SDK
5. Go to ARKit in Project Settings and change Requirement to Optional
6. Build for iOS
7. Deploy the project to a Simulator device using Xcode
Expected result: once the Simulator launches, the application will open
Actual result: once the Simulator launches, nothing happens
Reproducible with: ARKit 3.1.3 (2020.2.2f1), ARKit 4.1.0 - preview.3 (2020.1.0f1)
Not reproducible with ARKit 4.1.0 - preview.5 (2020.1.0f1)
Could not test with 2020.2 because of Case 1269748, ARKit 2.x.x because of errors when building
