Shortcuts profile list stays on the screen even "Create", "Rename" or "Delete" popups are displayed
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Go to menu "Unity" -> "Shortcuts"
- Verify, that the "Shortcuts" window opens
- Create a few new shortcut profiles
- One more item expand the shortcut profiles list and select the "Create", "Rename" or "Delete" items;
- Verify that corresponding modals become displayed;
- Observe the shortcut profiles list.
Expected result: Only the selected modal should be displayed. The shortcut profiles list should disappear.
Actual result: The shortcut profiles list stays on the screen. Added screenshot and video in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b8.
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a4.

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
