Scene and Game views break when the Editor window is snapped with the Microsoft PowerToys
How to reproduce:
1. Install Microsoft PowerToys application
2. Enable the “Hold Shift key to activate zone while dragging a window“ and the “Make dragged window transparent“ fields in the FancyZones section of the PowerToys
3. Select the “Columns“ template in the “Launch layout editor“ in FancyZones Editor in the PowerToys Settings
4. Create and open a new project
5. Drag and snap the Editor window onto one of the spaces while holding Shift onto one of the FancyZones columns
6. Move the Editor window separators
7. Observe the Editor
Expected result: No smearing effect in the Game view and the Scene view
Actual result: Obvious Smearing effect in the Game view and the Scene view
Reproducible in: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.25f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- If the “Make dragged window transparent“ is unchecked, the bug does not occur
- The issue fixes itself temporarily if the Layout is reset or any tab is maximized and un-maximized
