Shadows disappear with custom projection matrix on camera
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open User's project
2. Run "test" scene
3. Notice difference between normal and custom projections every second
Expected: Shadows are on custom just as on normal projection matrix
Actual: No shadows using custom projection matrix
Note: Regression is not set, because scripts prevented from testing on lower than 5.4 versions.
Reproduced in versions: 5.4.0b16, 5.4.0b19, 5.4.0b20
