[SRP] Shadow culling ignores Lens Shift setting on Camera
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and scene
2) Look at the game view
Expected: Each object visible in the game view cast a shadow
Actual: Only objects which are visible in 0,0 Lens Shift are casting shadows
Reproduced in 2018.4.0f1, 2019.2.0a1, 2020.1.0a14

Sorry, what does "won't fix" mean? We have the same issue in our team, this is critical for us (we use a massive projection system)
