[Android] Shaders that sample the frame work incorrectly

Shaders that sample the frame (for example, Glow and Vignetting image effects or the Glass shader) appear to be sampling the wrong part of the frame on an HTC One XL Android mobile phone. You see an inverted image, with geometry from another part of the scene - it is almost as if the X and Y co-ordinates are being muddled.
