Shaders: LogLuv encoding shader fails on iOS, hlsl2glsl const matrix problem
Shaders with static const global matrices don't translate to GLSL properly, it seems.
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run on iOS
3. Compare to editor (green vs yellow)
